We are a Woodturners club located in the Corpus Christi Texas area. Our mission is to inspire, educate, and provide our membership with a forum to enhance both their technical and artistic talents through a free exchange of ideas and techniques.
The club was established in June 2001 with 8 members and has grown to our current membership of 30. While not a small club we are small enough to have a lot of camaraderie and exchange of ideas at our meetings. The experience level within the club ranges from beginner to experienced, and as you look through our member galleries you will notice that our preferred turning projects are as diverse as our experience. If you are interested in joining the club please contact one of the club members and they will let you know when and where the next meeting will be so you can attend and decided if you are interested. Our meetings are held at Parkway Presbyterian Church located at 3707 Santa Fe - corner of Santa Fe and Brawner Parkway - approximately 2 blocks north of Doddridge, the 2nd Saturday of each month at 10:00 AM.
We are proud to be a chapter of the American Association of Woodturners (AAW) and the Southwestern Association of Woodturners (SWAT) (Formerly the Texas Turn or Two-TTT).
